The options
Destination Spain services are divided into four options depending on whether you’re sending correspondence, direct mail campaigns, catalogues or other mailing items:
- Spain Priority +
- Spain Sort 3
- Spain Sort 3+
- Spain Sort Max
- Additional services
Which you choose to use will depend on how many items you ship per consignment, the weight of each item and how or if the items are pre-sorted.
Spain Priority +
This is ideal for the fast, time-sensitive, delivery of unsorted daily corporate mail, and invoices, statements and reminders.
We will collect the mail from your premises; sort the mail and frank it local indicia and inject it into our networks for delivery. And if you can pre-print the indicia yourselves, you receive a discount on our already favourable rates.
The weight limit per item is 2,000gm, but there is no minimum limit on the number of items per shipment. There is also a minimum (90mm x 140mm) and maximum size to your mail, which is a 600mm maximum per side, with the sum of the sides being no more than 900mm.
Spain Sort 3
This is ideal for Economy mail needing a local look – perhaps best suited to large direct mail campaigns and catalogue deliveries / promotions.
With this service, you are responsible for preparing the mail according to the relevant sortation and presentation requirements. We will of course be happy to advise you on this, and once we receive the mail, we perform the final checks, prepare the documentation and arrange the delivery into our networks.

Spain Sort 3+
This is a step up from the Spain Sort 3 option, because it offers you the most direct access into the Spanish market. We will inject your mail directly into our networks. Again it is well suited to large direct mail campaigns and catalogue deliveries / promotions.
With this service, you are responsible for preparing the mail according to the relevant sortation and presentation requirements as well as pre-printing the indicia. It may be more work for you than opting for the Spain Sort 3 service, but the advantage is that your costs are lower.

Spain Sort Max
This option is tailored specifically to sophisticated mailers sending bulk shipments into Spain and who are aiming to lower costs and maximise their returns on investment through higher mail volumes.
It provides you with an Economy service with a local look. Like the Sort 3+ requirements, you are responsible for preparing the mail according to the relevant sortation and presentation requirements as well as pre-printing the indicia.
We will manage the transportation and individual lodging of each shipment at your selected entry point.
The weight limit per mail item is 500gm, and you need to be sending a minimum of 500 items per shipment. There is also a minimum (90mm x 140mm) and maximum size to your mail, which is a 600mm maximum per side, with the sum of the sides being no more than 900mm.
