Packets

What can I send?
Items and gifts including video cassettes, books, mechanical parts, product samples, as well as posters and prints in cylindrical tubes will be classed as packets.

  Goods

What size?
Items do not have to be box shaped, anything bigger than a large letter (or A3 packet if you're using Mailsort^® 1400, Presstream^® or Walksort^®) will be classed as a packet. Packets can be no larger than 460mm x 460mm x 610mm. If roll-shaped, packets can be no longer than 900mm and the length plus twice the item diameter must be no more than 1040mm.

 

Posters 

How heavy?
The maximum weight for packet items depends on the maximum weight for the service used. Please see the rate cards for the maximum size that applies to each service.
